Master’s degree in Physics and also Masters in Post Harvest Engineering & Technology with more than 12 years experience in food engineering and food processing companies.
Experience
Over 12 years in Agriculture Extension work, Quality Control, Food Processing, Cold Chain Infrastructure Development for grading sorting, preprocessing, storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables.
Involved in design, planning and execution of 15 pack houses in last 3 years. Brings in rich experience and expertise in project planning, execution, cross functional co-ordination skills for successful project implementation.
Worked withAlana Sons Limited in Fruit & VegetableProcessing and Freezing facility.
Experience with Voltas Limited – largest and most respected Air-conditioning &Refrigeration; Company in India, in installation/commissioning process chillers to various food /process industry
